Good question - thanks for asking.

The main thing is that the particular post we feature in the carnival should be of interest to our readers -- meaning it should have a focus on one of our core areas of interest: the environment, local food supplies, global warming, reduce/recycle/reuse, etc.

If you run a site that's focused on pets, for example, you could propose a post from your site on pet foods, supplies or care products that are environmentally friendly, for example.

A website focussed on blogging might focus on finding hosting providers that make an effort to be carbon neutral by buying green energy.

No matter what the focus of your site (except maybe porn or gambling... ;-) ) there is likely an angle that is important to our readership.

Thanks for asking!

are you looking specifically for "green" blogs and green blog entries?
while i'm certainly interested in these issues, they are not the focus of my blog per se.
